DescriptionThis 3,000 acre ranch is located near Canon City, Colorado. The acreage is diversified, with tall pine trees, aspen and open meadows with ponds for the true Colorado Rocky Mountain elk hunting experience. This ranch is great for those who have problems getting around, for the person who wants to do a lot of hiking, for the multi-generation and for the youth. Your hunt is just that, so we will try to hunt the way you feel most comfortable. Be it stop and stalk, sitting in a ground or elevated blind over ponds or trail crossings, or a combination of whatever it takes to get your trophy. Hunts start in August and end in December, thus providing the hunter the flexibility to hunt summer, fall and winter. The rut occurs in September and October. Camp will accommodate 4-6 hunters. Two cabins (4 hunters) and 2 rooms in the lodge. Four hunting friends can close the camp. Price Includes: License and tags, lodging, meals, guide service, use of firearms, pick up at Pueblo or Colorado Springs airport, skinning and gutting, transportation of your trophy to a processor and taxidermist, if desired. Price Excludes: Transportation to Pueblo or Colorado Springs Airport, Meat processing (or $100 to de-bone), taxidermy work, gratuities (suggested 5-10% of total hunt). Reservations & Payments Confirmation will be upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the hunting dates. Balance to be paid 60 days before the trip.
