New York Bowhunter Education Course

Description

Please read the entire set of directions below. You must attend all three days of this course. You must bring completed homework with you to the course. If homework is not completed before the course, you will not be permitted to participate. You have one of two options to complete the homework. You must choose one of the following choices below. Plan your time accordingly as either option will take several hours to complete. The first option is free: Download the homework sheet and manual together in the link below. Print the homework sheet but not the manual (you will receive this manual in class so there is no need to print it, but you will need to reference it in order to complete the homework). You must place the manual in the online shopping cart to download it, but it is still FREE. Both can be found here https://www.bowhunter-ed.com/newyork/manual/ The second option is an online course that costs $30.00: https://www.bowhunter-ed.com/newyork/ Once the online course is completed, you MUST print out a completion voucher. Bring that voucher to the course as proof you completed the work. This online course only fulfills the homework requirement--it does not replace the in-person Bowhunter Education Course. There are no online-only courses offered in New York State. Come dressed for the weather and outside activities. Bring a No. 2 pencil and black or blue ink pen. If you cannot attend this course, you must cancel your registration. If you need assistance, contact the instructor or the Region 9 Sportsman Education Office at 716-379-6378.
