Internet Conclusion Course


$10 fee for the course--CASH ONLY. Please bring a pen or pencil, and print out and bring to class the Proof of Course Completion, the LFI Non-Member Agreement (link below) and the Student Consent Form (below on this page): Liberty Firearms Institute Non-Member Agreement: Students 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is also registered as a student. Due to limited space all accompanying legal guardians will be asked to register as a student to ensure seating for every student. If the parent/legal guardian already has a hunter education card you will NOT receive a new hunter education card, and you will not be charged to attend the course. Students who complete this course will receive a permanent Colorado Hunter Education Card that is also good in other states. See details below under "Requirements." There are three outstanding narrated and interactive courses available. is priced at $13.00, is $28.95 and is $29.00. They all are equally accepted as official courses in Colorado. Please bring your certificate issued upon completion of the course. The four hour conclusion class will begin at 3 p.m., with the Live Fire Exercise to follow, at Liberty Firearms Institute. DO NOT BRING FIREARMS OR AMMO TO CLASS. All eye and ear protection, firearms and ammunition will be provided. ALL STUDENTS AGE 18 AND OVER MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIVE FIRE EXERCISE. ONLY STUDENTS TAKING THE CLASS TO RECEIVE A HUNTER EDUCATION CARD ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIVE FIRE. **Background check is part of Liberty Firearms Institute's operating procedures. Cost is $7.00/student, in addition to the $10 classroom fee for students, and it is to be paid to Liberty Firearms Institute on the day of the live fire exercise.** Closed toe shoes required. About Colorado Parks & Wildlife

Internet Course + Conclusion Class - Students complete a portion of the course online at their convenience, and then attend a shorter class than required by the traditional course. This option is not available in all parts of the state, so register for an available class before starting the online course. The Colorado INTERNET-BASED Hunter Education Course is necessary for students to qualify for a Colorado Hunter Education Certificate. The major portion of this course is taken online, allowing the student to complete the mandatory homework. Registration for this event is only for students that have completed the online course.There are three options available for taking the Internet course. There is an additional cost for the online courses, in addition to any fee for the classroom portion of the course.
