Internet Conclusion Course

Description

This is a Hunter Education Internet Conclusion course. Your internet completion certification must be presented at the start of class. There is a $10 fee for this class, in addition to the fee for the online course. The first day of class will be at Cabela's Lone Tree facility and the second day will be at a range. The range is located near Chatfield Reservoir. Location will be presented on the 16th. Hunter education cards will be awarded to students upon successful completion of the course, which includes completing one of the approved online study programs, attending both class sessions and passing a written test. Rifles and ammunition for the live fire will be provided. No personal firearms are allowed. The major portion of this course uses the Internet to complete the mandatory homework. There are three options available for taking the online portion of the course. There is a fee for all three online courses, in addition to the fee for the classroom portion of the course: hunteredcourse.com ($13.00), the hunter-ed.com course ($28.50), and the huntercourse.com course ($29.00). Students must show the certificate of completion for the online course to attend the classroom session. Requirements: • You must complete a home study program. Students must print and bring to class the Certificate of Completion from the online course. • All students must download and print a Student Consent Form (see below). To attend, the form must be brought to class signed, and students 17 years of age and younger should have the form also signed by a parent or guardian.

About Colorado Parks & Wildlife

Internet Course + Conclusion Class - Students complete a portion of the course online at their convenience, and then attend a shorter class than required by the traditional course. This option is not available in all parts of the state, so register for an available class before starting the online course. The Colorado INTERNET-BASED Hunter Education Course is necessary for students to qualify for a Colorado Hunter Education Certificate. The major portion of this course is taken online, allowing the student to complete the mandatory homework. Registration for this event is only for students that have completed the online course.There are three options available for taking the Internet course. There is an additional cost for the online courses, in addition to any fee for the classroom portion of the course.
