Internet Conclusion Course
Hunter Education cards will be awarded to students upon successful completion of the course, which includes completing one of the approved online study programs, attending the class session and passing a written test and live fire. Rifles and ammunition for the live fire will be provided. NO PERSONAL FIREARMS are allowed. The major portion of this course uses the internet to complete the mandatory homework. There are three options available for taking the online portion of the course: hunter-ed.com course ($28.95), the huntercourse.com course ($29.00), and the hunteredcourse.com ($13.00). Look at the options and choose which works best for you. For further information read “Requirements” below. All students need to bring to class the certificate of completion and the Student Consent Form (see below). To attend, the Student Consent Form must be brought to class signed and students 17 years of age and younger should have the form also signed by a parent or guardian. Cost of the class is $10.00, which is paid to the Commerce City Recreation Center. About Colorado Parks & Wildlife
Internet Course + Conclusion Class - Students complete a portion of the course online at their convenience, and then attend a shorter class than required by the traditional course. This option is not available in all parts of the state, so register for an available class before starting the online course. The Colorado INTERNET-BASED Hunter Education Course is necessary for students to qualify for a Colorado Hunter Education Certificate. The major portion of this course is taken online, allowing the student to complete the mandatory homework. Registration for this event is only for students that have completed the online course.There are three options available for taking the Internet course. There is an additional cost for the online courses, in addition to any fee for the classroom portion of the course.
