Internet Conclusion Course
Enter through the second door on the south side of the building. Special Instructions for All Students Price is $10 per student. Cash only—no checks. Students 12 years to 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or a mentor who is at least 18 years old. No children under 12 years of age. Bring pencil, paper and hi-liter for book work. Class and final exam will be held at Briggsdale High School from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., and then students will travel to the shooting range. The major portion of this course uses the Internet to complete the mandatory homework. There are three options available for taking the online portion of the course. There is a fee for all three online courses, in addition to the fee for the classroom portion of the course: hunteredcourse.com ($13.00), the hunter-ed.com course ($28.95), and the huntercourse.com course ($29.00). Students must show the certificate of completion for the online course to attend the classroom session. For further information read “Requirements” below. Students will need to provide their own transportation to the range and be prepared for any changes in weather. Firearms and ammo will be furnished by Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Internet Course + Conclusion Class - Students complete a portion of the course online at their convenience, and then attend a shorter class than required by the traditional course. This option is not available in all parts of the state, so register for an available class before starting the online course. The Colorado INTERNET-BASED Hunter Education Course is necessary for students to qualify for a Colorado Hunter Education Certificate. The major portion of this course is taken online, allowing the student to complete the mandatory homework. Registration for this event is only for students that have completed the online course.There are three options available for taking the Internet course. There is an additional cost for the online courses, in addition to any fee for the classroom portion of the course.
