Internet Conclusion Course

Description

This is an internet course and there is a $10 fee for the classroom portion of the course that will be collected on the first night of class. The approved websites for the online section of the class will be presented at the first day of class. Please check "Requirements" below for additional details. Day two of the course will take place at the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Hunter Education Building at 6060 North Broadway in Denver. Hunter education cards will be awarded to students upon successful completion of the course, which includes completing one of the approved online study programs, attending both class sessions and passing a written test and live fire. Rifles and ammunition for the live fire will be provided. No personal firearms are allowed. **WARNING - This course is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years of age.**

About Colorado Parks & Wildlife

Internet Course + Conclusion Class - Students complete a portion of the course online at their convenience, and then attend a shorter class than required by the traditional course. This option is not available in all parts of the state, so register for an available class before starting the online course. The Colorado INTERNET-BASED Hunter Education Course is necessary for students to qualify for a Colorado Hunter Education Certificate. The major portion of this course is taken online, allowing the student to complete the mandatory homework. Registration for this event is only for students that have completed the online course.There are three options available for taking the Internet course. There is an additional cost for the online courses, in addition to any fee for the classroom portion of the course.
