Hunter Education Classroom Course

Description

This is a 2-Part (day) Class Friday 6pm-9:30pm / Sunday 12:00 Noon – 8:00 pm! Please pick up the Today's Hunter booklet at the DNR reception desk located on the 4th floor of the Wallace Building in near the capital prior to the class and answer the 4 pages of questions in the back of the booklet. Or you may answer all the answers on the on-line course and Print a ("Screen Print showing 100% complete) and bring to the class on Friday don't Pay for the course!!! About Iowa Department of Natural Resources

Iowa law requires that anyone born after January 1, 1972 must be certified in hunter education before they are eligible to purchase an Iowa hunting license.Typically there is no charge for the course, unless lunch is furnished or room rental is required. If a charge is required for the items mentioned previously, the class will indicate the amount to be charged in the special instructions section prior to completing the class registration process. All charges must be paid upon arrival to the class in the form of cash or check. Hunter Education Classroom courses are offered by knowledgeable and certified volunteer instructors and Iowa Conservation Officers.Classroom courses are typically 12-15 hours in length and are held over 2 to 3 sessions (days). In order to receive certification, a student must attend all sessions (days) and pass the final exam.We do not prevent attendance based on age; however:
